Overcoming Barriers to Agility – by Dan LeFebvre

I was recently interviewed for an article on The Enterpriser Project on the topic of barriers to agility. During the interview, I explained how best practices and the way things have been done for years are changing rapidly and customer expectations are at an all-time high. To meet these challenges, companies are increasingly shifting to an agile mindset. Done right, that mindset will help them look beyond hierarchal structures, increase the rate at which decisions are made, and adapt to customer needs. The path to agility, however, is no small task as it requires significant technological, cultural, and behavioral shifts.

To find out more about the key barriers that organizations face on their path to agility and how they can overcome them, check out the complete article on The Enterpriser Project.
