Agile Team and Organizational Assessments

Whether you’re just starting to consider a transition to Agile or you’ve been transitioning Agile for a while, an assessment can be a useful step to understanding the effectiveness of your current approaches and revealing course corrections for a more successful way forward. Through a process of active discovery sessions with teams, leaders, and stakeholders we’re able to understand your experiences with Agile, your engineering practices, your team dynamics, and the challenges that that might be hindering your transition to Agile. The outputs of the interactive assessment includes a face-to-face debrief session with artifacts that explain:

  • What we look for when we conduct an assessment
  • How our assessment process reveals that information
  • What we observed and collected during the assessment
  • What we recommend based on what we observed and collected

The goal is not a number or letter grade on some arbitrary scale of success. Instead we work to provide you with an objective view of your current practices and a course-correction point for going forward on your Agile journey. If you’re interested in finding out more about an assessment, contact us.
